His portfolio includes Propagon, a Python-based game currently being redeveloped as a full web application, and a Civil Engineering GUI optimization calculator built in Java to simplify complex calculations through a clean and intuitive interface.

Professionally, Ethan serves as the Lead of Logistics and Fulfilment at The Trading Gallery, overseeing inventory systems, shipping operations, and process improvements that drive the company’s growing e-commerce presence. He is also a partner at Yonaka Gallery, contributing to product development and technology integration within the brand’s creative ecosystem.

Additionally, Ethan is the co-founder of Cardbored Kitchen and Clubhouse Codex, two ventures that merge technology, lifestyle, and culture demonstrating his drive to connect innovation with real-world experiences.

As the co-founder of Clubhouse Codex, Ethan plays a key role in shaping the platform’s digital foundation and creative direction. He personally built the website from the ground up, implementing both its design and technical architecture to ensure a seamless, engaging experience for readers. Beyond development, Ethan oversees all content management — curating articles, coordinating contributors, and maintaining the publication’s editorial tone and quality. His blend of technical expertise and creative vision continues to drive Clubhouse Codex as a dynamic hub for culture, collectibles, and community storytelling.

CARDBORED KITCHEN

Ethan is the co-founder and technical backbone of Cardbored Kitchen, a project blending trading card culture with lifestyle and creativity. He built and maintains the website, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and reflects the brand’s unique, community-driven aesthetic. Beyond development, Ethan manages the content ecosystem — from digital posts to collaborative features — helping shape Cardbored Kitchen into a vibrant space where collectors and creators come together. His role bridges technology, design, and storytelling to keep the brand evolving and connected to its audience.

TTG COLLECTIBLES.

At The Trading Gallery (TTG), Ethan oversees logistics and inventory operations, the backbone of the store’s fulfillment and product management systems. He’s responsible for organizing, tracking, and optimizing TTG’s expansive catalog of trading cards and collectibles, ensuring accurate listings, smooth order processing, and efficient restocking. Ethan also plays a key role in coordinating online and in-store inventory, bridging the gap between the digital platform and the physical shop. His precision and systematic approach keep TTG’s operations running seamlessly as the company continues to grow its reach across Canada and beyond.

YONAKA GALLERY.

At Yonaka Gallery, Ethan serves as both a community manager and inventory lead, balancing engagement and operational precision. He helps foster Yonaka’s growing network of enthusiasts, coordinating product launches, online discussions, and community collaborations that bridge automotive culture, collectibles, and creative design. On the backend, Ethan manages inventory logistics for Yonaka’s product line, ensuring each limited-edition release, from melody boxes to lifestyle accessories, is tracked and distributed efficiently. His dual role keeps Yonaka both connected and organized, aligning its creative vision with smooth, reliable operations.
