ANTHONY LEE
Anthony Lee is an operations strategist, community manager, and digital innovator with a diverse background spanning customer experience, logistics, technology, and creative production. With over eight years in customer service, four years in animal care and operations, and one and a half years in web development and data management, he brings a rare blend of empathy, technical literacy, and hands-on leadership to every venture he joins.
Currently serving as Operations Director and Community Lead at The Trading Gallery (TTG), Anthony oversees the company’s logistics, event coordination, and retail operations while also spearheading content creation and online engagement. His work integrates technical efficiency with human connection, ensuring that TTG’s e-commerce systems, in-store experiences, and digital channels all operate with precision and purpose.
Anthony’s career foundation is rooted in both technology and teamwork. A graduate of BCIT’s Computer Information Technology program, he developed strong proficiency in Java, C++, Python, HTML, and .NET/PHP, along with advanced data input and UI/UX sensibilities. Earlier experiences in web development at Lucas Technology and Analytics gave him practical insight into how systems architecture supports business growth, a perspective he now applies to optimizing TTG’s operational and fulfillment infrastructure.
Before his current role, Anthony held various customer-facing positions at PetSmart, T&T Supermarket, and Rex Dog Hotel, where he honed his leadership, adaptability, and communication skills. His time as President of the Langara Kendo Club strengthened his executive decision-making and team management capabilities, qualities he now channels into coordinating TTG’s growing team and community partnerships.
Anthony is known for his detail-oriented leadership, cross-disciplinary versatility, and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English with working proficiency in Cantonese, he bridges cultural and operational boundaries with ease. His focus remains on building systems that scale, operational models that combine efficiency with creativity, and customer experiences that build lasting brand loyalty.
